A nice simple little place right in the heart of the old district. The staff were great, and the food delicious. Bathroom facilities need improving as one shower per floor was insufficient

The room was good and clean. The bathroom was also good, although shared. The small kitchenette was very useful and there was also free tea and coffee available. The owners were very friendly. To get to the center of Heidelberg was taking us about 30 mins by the tram, but it was fine for us. In general - very good option for the money.

If you'd like a cheap & quiet stay, outside the lively throng of the city, this is for you. Situated in the lovely suburb of Dossenheim a 20 min tram and 10 minute walk from the centre of Heidelberg. When we arrived the owners were on holiday but they had left a message as to how to get the keys.A good rural option.10 metres away from a vine field. Clean room, small shower.toilet room,with use of kitchen. Great bar/restaurant (Schwanen)10 min stroll away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. It was about 25 mins away from the city centre and a 10 min walk from the tram stop but, it was quiet and clean. If you are looking to meet people, not the place to stay. If you are looking to have some ´quiet time´away from it all - it is fantastic. The owner of the house was great!

Superb position in a wonderful german village (Dossenheim). Big room, hige windows, nice vue, very silent. Access to bathroom and kitchen, parking in front. Direct train to Heidelberg Centre (about 10 km). No staff, but clean.
