Hanoi Elegance hotel
Nice hotel, the staff are lovely and really make the stay. The rooms are nice but clicking bugs behind the headboards (we tried two rooms) needs to be addressed. Internet in rooms is great, a real bonus

Hanoi Kangaroo Hotel
Even as a mature older adult, this Hostel was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and cared about you as an individual. They offered and organized efficent tourist trips, for you, with no problems.

Sinh Travel Guest House
the hostel wasn't very bad. we came back to the hostel and we where told that we have to move because an old lady must sleep in that room!!!!! this was a lot off bull!! and we also didn't like the cuckroaties (?)

Bodega Hotel
positive: staff is very helpful when you're there! had a problem with my visa card and they took care of it right away.negative: I booked a room for 3 nights. so there should have been a free pick up from the airport. when I called to confirm everything they didn't understand me. so no pick up and even!!! no room! I don't know whose fault it was (hostelz.com or bodega hotel). as this hotel seems to be fully booked all the time it was hard to get a room (dorm only).
